Location: Remote - customer on EST

Length of contract: approximately 12 months

Support client relationship management and oversees IT project execution and reporting. Possesses excellent customer service skills.

Manage medium to large projects using best-practice project management approaches to deliver against approved estimates for quality on-time and on-budget projects.

Translates business requirements into practical IT solutions, which can be implemented.

Epic Certification in a Clinical Module Highly Preferred

Healthcare Information Technology or Operational leadership experience

6 – 10 years of management experience.

Strong writing, communication and project management skills

Experience in designing and delivering training programs for supervisory, middle management, and senior management levels

Demonstrated project management skills (technology and people) with a track record of achieving goals on time and on budget.

Works with all levels of the organization from front-line staff to senior management

Manages the hiring, securing and on-boarding of market-based implementation Credentialed Trainers

One (1) additional year of qualifying experience may substitute for required education.

One (1) year as a lead in an IT setting or similar may substitute for 2 years of the required experience.
