Detailed Job Description Employee Relations Partners are responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on a variety of employee relations issues. They are responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees and managers, and for providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters. They are also responsible for conducting investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and other employee relations issues. They must be able to identify and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)

• Knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Knowledge of employee relations best practices
• Knowledge of employee relations policies and procedures
• Knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field
