Document Administrator Jobs

Responsible for the organizing, updating & maintaining controlled documents as part of Limco’s Quality Management System.

Performs the following:

• Orders, tracks and issues inspection stamps
• Releases and tracks document changes as part of Change Board
• Formats, modifies and releases controlled documents
• Orders and manages industry standard documents and updates internal repository as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
• Completes and responds to customer requests for documents
• Updates and maintains supplier quality approvals
• Suggest and implement process improvement ideas
• Practice good housekeeping and 5S principles
• Ensures document repository is current and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned by any supervisor in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Requires frequent use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software
• Must have good written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
