Own and manage contract management for all vendors supporting operations in-person or virtual events for programs (e.g., hotels, transportation, etc.)

Assures the acquisition of library and other educational resources needed for the effective implementation of the Nurse Anesthesia Program.

Valid current RN license and appropriate credentials (certificate of authority and certification as a CRNA) to practice in Indiana.

At least 5 years of experience in the practice of nursing as a CRNA.

Supervises hiring process of Nurse Anesthesia Program adjunct faculty and coordinates orientation of new faculty members to the Nurse Anesthesia program.

Minimum of five years in general managerial experience

Manage the P&L for a given contract, including making necessary decisions to ensure budget is met

Manage and coordinate amongst a team of Directors, Managers, and Supervisors

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or appropriate field of study or equivalent experience preferred

Provide technical assistance to all programs in scope.

Collaborate on the development of fidelity measures and quality assurance systems for INSET programs

Work with the OAPSS leadership and relevant staff to integrate patient feedback into the development of new initiatives.

Participate in other work groups as needed, including but not limited to learning collaboratives and inter-agency meetings.

This position will require statewide travel to visit each of the consumer and peer-led programs which are in scope.

A minimum of 4 years of management experience, preferably in an operations setting.

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care Program. Manages, hires, trains, and schedules staff

Maintains and fosters relations with case managers and referral agents

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office products, including use of e-mail, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services field preferred

Responsible for the financial performance of individual programs; completes purchasing of program supplies; and reviews and submits billing compliance documentation

This is a remote position based in the US with occasional travel.

· 7 + years’ experience in a professional services or financial services organization

· 10 + years’ experience in a technology function overseeing program/project and strategy deliverables

Bachelor's degree in health and human service field OR Equivalent experience required, Masters degree in counseling or social work preferred.

NYSCertified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) certification preferred
