5-years or more of global experience specializing in the development and commercialization of agricultural crop input technologies (i.e., fertilizers, pesticides, biologicals)

5-years or more of experience among cross-functional teams including Legal, Regulatory, Product Development, Research, Formulations, Field Development, Marketing, Communication, and Sales

Experience creating and managing an annual budget in support of 5-year proforma

Exceptional skills in program management, encompassing the ability to execute a vision and deliver comprehensive reports to C-level executives.
