Exceptional skills in program management, encompassing the ability to execute a vision and deliver comprehensive reports to C-level executives.

A proven history of guiding complex innovation programs that involve interdisciplinary collaboration and adept stakeholder management.

A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Electronics Industry, including tenure with a prominent OEM.

Leading and nurturing a globally dispersed team of experts and operators, including the Innovation Lab and Seller Quality Control team.

Fostering the organization's reputation as a technological authority by providing sellers with technical resources, training, and expertise.

Elevating the organization's thought leadership by creating engaging content and facilitating connections with partners, sellers, journalists, and influencers.

Exceptional people leadership skills, capable of aligning technical teams to business strategies within tight timelines and budgets.

Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical background.

MBA or PMP certification is highly desirable.

Prior experience at a start-up company.

Engage and nurture strategic partnerships to support development and scale-up. Rapidly evaluate technology concepts through design, prototyping, and testing.
