Key Duties & Management Responsibilities:

Organizational Strategy & Program Management:

● Previous leadership experience in the role of Manager, Director or equivalent experience

● Outstanding communications skills including written, oral and public speaking

● Uses discretion in handling confidential information, incorporating all Federal, State and local privacy and confidentiality requirements

● Intermediate level computer skills

Alert management of potentially serious issues.

Manage all aspects of Front Desk operations for assigned shift.

Will serve as “manager on duty” as required.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, along with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.

Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Must have experience in all Microsoft Office and industry relevant Front Office systems.

At least 3 years of people management experience, preferably a team of at least 10 people

Financial ownership & management of your designated business unit

At least 7 years of current experience working with Kroger

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment and budget management

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or in related field

Minimum 5 years of Director experience in a licensed child care facility

Demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations

Maintains and Manages the Learning Academy in compliance with state and local regulations, and with the Learning Academy policies and procedures.

Define and implement competitive pricing strategies based on business and financial objectives, market/competitive analyses, and pricing capabilities.

Experience driving multiple pricing projects independently for a duration of 6+ months, bringing deep expertise into the industry sector.

Analytical skills utilizing advanced analytical techniques with a strong hypothesis driven approach and execution skills.

Develop and execute client roadmaps.

Contribute to setting, communicating, and executing company strategic direction.

Participate in business development for external clients in Pricing and Commercial Strategy.
