Supervises: Reservations, Guest Services Representative, PBX Operator, Bell Staff, Concierge, Night Audit

Supervise Front Desk staff: hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training, and development

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with executives and senior management across functional teams.

10+ years' experience; previous consulting, project management, or integration experience preferred.

Lead and manage IMO (integration management office) group reporting directly to Chief Strategy Officer

Payments acquiring related industry knowledge and experience preferred.

Manage multiple integration projects in all stages (pre-acquisition, closing, and post-closing activities)

Work directly and challenge cross functional teams and project managers

Manage client relationships and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met

5-7 years of industry experience at a major accounting or restructuring firm

Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills

Strong organizational and communication abilities

Conduct financial and operational analysis, including profitability assessment and cash flow projections

Compile and analyze data to support project teams
