Scaled Agile certifications especially Scaled Agile Practitioner certification (SPC)

Managed Scaled Agile transformation: Value Stream, Scaled approach, establish agile release trains, scaled agile coaching, & training

Facilitation of Big room events especially PI planning; Some level of facilitator certification is nice to have.

Must have at least five years’ experience managing people in software engineering using Agile/Scrum.

5 years of SPC- scaled agile transformation & Agile training

Exceptional communications and senior stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated experience of having built agile capabilities within complex, decentralized organization at the start of their agile journeys

10 years’ experience in business agile coaching, mentoring and or similar leadership roles

Knowledge across several agile frameworks including, Lean, Agile-Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programing (XP).

Experience with Agile toolsets (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Significant work experience playing an active role in agile transformations

Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.

Experienced with project and product management tooling and able to define requirements, make minor adjustments and validate larger tooling changes.

Streamline communication and minimize knowledge gaps between different teams to coordinate multi-team deliveries.

Coach and enable teams to drive through internal continuous improvement initiatives along with Engineering Managers and Product Managers.
