2-4 years of experience in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Analytics, or Demand Planning

Collaborate cross functionally (Category Management, Marketing, Finance, Demand, Sales Planning, and Operations) to drive improved organizational decision making.

Develop a fact-based commercial forecast utilized in the Integrated Business Management (IBM) process.

Collaborate with Category Management teams to develop high probability risks and opportunities based on in-market performance, and customer space planning changes.

Strong writing and oral communication skills.

Perform ongoing review of data to ensure integrity and proactively identify opportunities for improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or proven experience in these areas)

3+ years professional experience in BI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or similar role

Strong SQL & data modeling skills

Advanced knowledge of ETL and data pipelining practices

Ability to and comfort with disambiguating stakeholder needs and requirements

Relevant work experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company

Manage delivery of daily, weekly, monthly deliverables reporting on the health of the business

5+ years of relevant work experience within analytics, marketing, planning and/or other relevant analytical experience in retail

Experience successfully executing multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment

Experience calibrating on critical challenges at the executive level

Experience mentor and leading large teams
