The Opportunity
This role works from an Ally office in either Detroit MI or Charlotte NC, Ally offers a Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 from home
The Work Itself
- Review metric breach management action plans to assess effectiveness of proposed remediation and appropriateness of the timeline
- Assist in performance of annual FedLine and SWIFT compliance assessments which includes assessing the design and operating effectiveness of the related controls and documenting identified gaps
- Participate as a team member on various special projects and initiatives as needed
- Monitor risk metric performance including breach root cause identification and reporting
The Skills You Bring
- Background in IT Risk Management, IT Audit, Project Management, or IT/IS related field with working knowledge of risk management components (e.g., policy/procedures, governance, reporting, self-assessments) in a regulated environment
- 3+ years of experience required
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
- Ability to multi-task, handle competing priorities and follow through on all open items/tasks
- Knowledge and experience in performing assessments aligned with Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) guidance, FedLine, and SWIFT requirements and information security-related standards such as NIST, preferred
- Industry designation preferred (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC)
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels including high level audiences
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a cross-functional team
- Strong detail orientation with ability to research, compile, and report on data
