Overview The Senior Customer Experience Data Analyst is responsible for leveraging data to identify customer experience trends, develop insights, and recommend solutions to improve customer experience. The Senior Customer Experience Data Analyst will work closely with the customer experience team to ensure that customer experience data is collected, analyzed, and reported on in a timely and accurate manner. The Senior Customer Experience Data Analyst will be responsible for:

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer experience data from multiple sources, including customer surveys, customer feedback, and customer service logs.
• Developing insights from customer experience data to identify customer experience trends and recommend solutions to improve customer experience.
• Working with the customer experience team to ensure that customer experience data is collected, analyzed, and reported on in a timely and accurate manner.
• Developing and maintaining customer experience dashboards and reports to track customer experience metrics.
• Developing and maintaining customer experience data models to identify customer experience trends and opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining customer experience data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer experience data is integrated into other systems.
