Overview The Senior Customer Experience Data Analyst is responsible for leveraging data to identify customer experience trends, develop insights, and recommend solutions to improve customer experience. The Senior Customer Experience Data Analyst will work closely with the customer experience team to ensure that customer experience data is collected, analyzed, and reported on in a timely and accurate manner. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Senior Customer Experience Data Analyst will be responsible for:
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer experience data from multiple sources, including customer surveys, customer feedback, and customer service logs.
• Developing insights from customer experience data to identify customer experience trends and recommend solutions to improve customer experience.
• Working with the customer experience team to ensure that customer experience data is collected, analyzed, and reported on in a timely and accurate manner.
• Developing and maintaining customer experience dashboards and reports to track customer experience metrics.
• Developing and maintaining customer experience data models to identify customer experience trends and opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining customer experience data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer experience data is integrated into other systems.
Skill Requirements
• Advanced knowledge of customer experience data analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in data mining, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer experience data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with customer experience data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
• Experience with customer experience data pipelines and data models.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of customer experience data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of customer experience data pipelines and data models.

Experience
