Development Specialist - $45,000 Salaried Position

Reports To:

The Development Specialist will report to the Director of Operations.

Job Overview:

Community Foodscapes, an edible landscaping company with a social conscience, is seeking a skilled and experienced Development Specialist to join our team. As a Development Specialist, you will oversee developing internal and external development for Community Foodscapes. This position will be mostly remote, with in person meetings and responsibilities occurring twice a month, at minimum. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about sustainable food systems, community engagement, and environmental stewardship to contribute to our mission and make a positive impact in Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

• Automation: Create automations in Trello, Zapier & Typeform based on team needs and monitor accordingly.
• Reporting: Create monthly KPI reports & discuss strategy with the team based on data trends.
• Support: Offer team support, coaching & insight into systems as well as host internal training sessions to further technological skills and development.
• Development: Implement step by step systems for standardized operating procedures. Translate Loom video sessions into actionable steps to further training systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in project management
• Must have a reliable internet connection and own computer and technology to work remotely.
• Strong skills in Zapier & Google Sheets
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members remotely and in-person.
• Must have reliable transportation to support hybrid-model of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge on systems such as Trello, Typeform, Zapier, Jobber and Trainual
• Experience working in the landscaping, agriculture or sustainability sectors.
