Management of Thrive Scholar mentorship program (200 paired mentors and Thrive Scholar mentees) including:

Oversee mentorship programs that are limited to certain teams/businesses, with day-to-day tasks generally managed by the team

Liaising with the Head of DEI Recruiting on pipelining efforts using our education access partnerships (5%)

Managing and acting as admin for Deed, our employee social impact platform for volunteerism and donating

Recruiting and hand-picking new mentors each year

Experience with collaborating with corporate communications to engage internal and external audiences and contribute to a company’s corporate affairs goals

Experience with preparing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

Ability to be flexible, manage complex and fast-changing program elements and concurrent initiatives, and prioritize effectively in response

Undergraduate Degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent experience) with knowledge of US GAAP

Experienced in leading cross functional projects and related management presentations

Experience in SEC financial reporting, leading SOX programs or similar reporting responsibilities within a U.S. public company

10+ overall years of experience, CPA highly desired

Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
