General Purpose of the Job: Signature Aviation is seeking a Community Impact Manager to join our organization. As Community Impact Manager, you will develop, manage, and implement employee engagement, volunteer, and giving programs, connecting the dots across our organization and demonstrating our overall collective impact. This role is critical in helping to lead our new Community Impact initiative, collaborating with internal and external partners, and strengthening Signature's relationships with our employees, partners, and the communities where we operate.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and implement Community Impact programs aligned with our new strategy and focus areas

  • Partner with national and local nonprofit and industry organizations to create customized campaigns supporting our impact pillars and activating employees in service activities
  • Manage companywide volunteer calendar and subsequent event coordination with FBOs
  • Oversee our internal Community & Employment Engagement Committee, including hosting ongoing meetings and managing the implementation calendar and event budget.
  • Establish and implement processes around community impact work, including collaboration with various teams for accurate measurement and tracking

Manage execution of internal and external giving strategies and guidelines

  • Provide guidance and collaborate with FBOs on the allocation and distribution of their charitable contributions
  • Prepare quarterly reports demonstrating impact and share them with senior leadership
  • Work closely with the Senior Director on tracking, forecasting, managing, and analyzing the overall charitable budget, including fiscal, in-kind/noncash, and volunteering contributions

Oversee our global giving and volunteering platform

  • Work closely with various corporate teams, particularly marketing, and comms, to execute internal marketing campaigns and platform branding
  • Supervise the evolution of our giving and volunteering programs and how they come to life across the platform
  • Manage our relationship with platform vendor on how to continuously develop and grow the system, leveraging best practices across the industry

Manage our employee recognition program

  • Responsible for monthly recaps and reporting
  • Point of contact for our vendor and employee questions
  • Manage ongoing execution and enhancements to the program

Build and maintain strong partnerships

  • Establish effective relationships with nonprofit partners, event and platform vendors, and internal corporate and field teams.
  • Comfort leading cross-functional task forces and interacting with all levels of management

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a closely aligned function (Corporate Responsibility, Nonprofit Management, Employee Engagement, Human Resources, etc.)


Additional knowledge and skills:

  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with/experience working with social impact platforms like Blackbaud, YourCause, Benevity, etc., and managing overall vendor relationships
  • Project and event management experience, including large-scale event planning; volunteer-oriented experiences preferred
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to successfully work in a decentralized organization and develop & maintain effective working relationships across the organization
