Strong communication skills, particularly in the ability to create project plans and summarize requirements and action items

Provide system and process training to new users, develop and maintain educational materials and provide hands live training to business teams

Partner with commercial operations, corporate IT, finance and sales to identify opportunities to improve contract effectiveness

Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and other legal ops solutions.

Strong organizational, time, and project management skills and both the ability and flexibility to handle high volume and balance competing demands.

Project management experience sourcing and implementing legal team technology solutions (e.g., contract management, security tools, project management tools, etc.).

Create and and maintain key templates, playbooks, policies, and other knowledge materials.

Demonstrable experience developing and implementing processes to improve the legal function.

Prior experience working in high-growth companies.

Experience with coordination and management of external law firm, CROs, and internal staff, i.e., Clinical Operations

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting high quality and timeliness standards under pressure.

Manage the process and interfaces between Deciphera, CRO, and External Law Firm Consultants for CTAs, amendments, and other related agreements.

Conducts a quality and consistency check for assigned studies between CTA, budget, and payment requirements.

Contracts Manager: Technology and Outsourcing

The position requires review of Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, amendment to SOWs, etc.

Review of amendments to master services agreement

Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple clients and stakeholders

5 years of experience with Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, or Finance.

Certification in Contract Management (CPCM/CFCM), Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C), or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA).

Experience with data modeling and reporting, with excellent problem-solving, analysis, and written and verbal communication skills.

Lead the Contracts, Operations, and Finance teams and manage the contract lifecycle from proposal development to contract closeout.

Oversee the management of contracts in Unanet.

Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on contractual matters, financial performance, and operations management.

Provide oversight of subcontract management activities.
