You will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts, as well as providing administrative support to the legal team. Overview Contract Coordinators are responsible for managing and coordinating the entire contract process from start to finish. They are responsible for ensuring that all contracts are properly drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with company policies and procedures. They must also ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that all contractual documents are properly maintained. Detailed Job Description Contract Coordinators are responsible for managing and coordinating the entire contract process from start to finish. This includes drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures. They must also ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that all contractual documents are properly maintained. Contract Coordinators must be able to interpret and analyze legal documents, and must be familiar with the laws and regulations related to contracts. They must also be able to effectively communicate with all parties involved in the contract process. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in contract management
• Knowledge of contract law and principles
• Ability to interpret and analyze legal documents
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
