Manage activities of local Account Executives to generate new opportunities.

Monitor and support pipeline and deal review with Account Executives and Account Managers.

Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance. Significant focus on impacting ROI

Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

Lead EPAM strategic engagements in planning, selecting, and optimizing offerings that map a client’s vision & requirements to solutions

Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills

$75,000-$90,000/annually (Open to Senior Manager, dependent on experience-level - up to $113K)
