We are currently seeking a Healthcare Industry Consuling Manager to join our team in the United States (US).

Position Summary:

Our Healthcare Consulting practice is a team of uniquely positioned individuals with deep healthcare industry expertise that focuses on assisting executives in overcoming the barriers of business and digital transformation that are critical to driving the future of a healthcare organization’s enterprise. Our focus is driving measurable business outcomes for our clients and their customers through defining business and technology strategies and executing organizational transformations and applying innovative industry solutions developed by NTT DATA Services and our partners. Our work improves people’s lives in direct and measurable ways. The role will focus on delivering high quality engagements for our healthcare provider clients, and expanding our footprint within the healthcare provider space.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Advise provider clients on the needs and best practices of healthcare to advance care delivery.
  • Be a trusted advisor in performance improvement, technology strategy, data and analytics, and innovation for healthcare providers.
  • Develop best practices in transitioning from traditional to innovative care delivery and reimbursement modalities and support standards, protocols, leadership, and direction all being in a place so that the organization provides the highest quality of care
  • Create action plans with clients to aid the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of the facility’s overall healthcare program by providing leadership, coordinating, and facilitating the evaluation and improvement of a wide range of programs. Excellence is reflected in improved client outcomes and organizational performance.
  • Advises clients on strategic plans for anticipating opportunities, analyzing competitive posture, and developing/implementing successful programs based on that analysis.
  • Assist in aligning medical staff, improving performance metrics, improving quality of care, and at the same time curtailing costs by more efficient use of resources.
  • Serves as an expert to communicate to our clients regarding clinical and healthcare trends and issues at the local, regional, state, and national levels.
  • Develops resource utilization strategies to improve organizational performance and strategies to reflect the changing societal and healthcare environments within the economic climate
  • Advocate for clinical innovations that address clinical needs, workforce management, and informatics education aligned with the organizational strategy and national priorities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience consulting in house and externally with healthcare provider clients
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% based on client demand
  • Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, or healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and/or managing projects in the healthcare industry to achieve process improvement, enhance patient care, and/or improve practice profitability.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Experience managing internal teams
  • Demonstrated experience with evaluating new customer needs and documenting the business case and technical requirements

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $124,400-$204,400. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
