Job Description

Summary:

Connect Search is recruiting a Client Account Representative for our client in Madison. This position can be fully remote but candidates must live in Wisconsin.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients and various brokers
  • Obtain and maintain current and ongoing product and regulation related knowledge
  • Maintain retention of accounts
  • Knowledgeable of all product offerings
  • Maintain and proactively manage CRM database, documenting each customer interaction and action item
  • Safeguard confidentiality, privacy and security of organization and customer personal information


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience
