Demonstrate leadership abilities through course work, previous work experiences and/or increasing levels of responsibility in a professional setting.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of advanced functions.

Industry experience within MSP, staffing services provider or technology background in account management

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Gain knowledge and experience on social media platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter

Working knowledge of both social media platforms and digital production

Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects

Experience with designing and laying in GFX/VFX is a huge plus

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Assist the media team with a variety of tasks including content creation, editing, packaging, & posting

Develops and maintains strong, professional relationship/partnership with the Client management team

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff members and management

Assists the Director of Client Operations in the training and evaluation of ROIS staff, both onsite and remote.

Manages scheduling of onsite staff to include time off requests and payroll approval

Submits company-related travel expense reports and original receipts to manager in a timely fashion

Runs reports and analyzes content to appropriately manage the operations

3-5 years of experience in mutual fund operations, preferably in client-facing roles.

Strong technical skills including mutual fund accounting and generally accepted accounting fundamentals (GAAP).

Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients.

Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results.

5+ years experience in Operations Management required

Project risk identification and management

Work with the customer on all change management including:

Work with the Project and Support Manager to bridge any client communications gaps

Manage project issues that have a potential of becoming a project risk

2+ years experience in communicating with C-level executives
