Pay - $40 to $45 /hr

Monitor and prepare reporting for Haag certifications.

Prepare weekly report on Haag certifications (In-progress, Complete, etc…)

Update certifications for inspectors in Maestro profiles as needed.

Associates degree or relevant experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail

Monitor general e-mail account for Mentor Development

Understand the detailed requirements of all vendor partners, ensuring we are meeting all requirements.

Assist existing customers with compliance requirements and auditing.

2+ years of experience in customer support, sales support, mortgage processing, or similar position strongly preferred

Work together with other support personnel to jointly execute the onboarding of new customers.

Responsible for the scheduling, time management, and utilization management of team members.

Provide finance information for ongoing monthly billing throughout the onboarding project

Collaborate with all VC3 departments to continuously improve our service offering to maximize client satisfaction.

Good problem solving and decision-making skills; ability to understand and analyze complex issues

Completion of an accredited 2-year post-secondary diploma in Computer Systems/Engineering or equivalent business experience

Minimum 2+ year of team management or leadership experience

Provide enrollment for early practice management trainings including seminars and other course materials

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in the technology or e-commerce industry

Knowledge of Project & Portfolio Management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc)

Experience with various Project Management methodologies

Experience with program management office planning and operations activities

Schedule and facilitate project status meetings and advise management on the effects change requests will have on schedule and resources

Communicate clearly and demonstrate leadership skills to establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones, and expectations on delivery

Have 1-2+ years of experience in banking and/or capital markets business, with a strong willingness to further expand knowledge and skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, project management, and planning skills.

Possess 2-3+ years of experience working as a regulatory onboarding analyst or in a comparable role.

Demonstrate expertise and experience with US FINCEN and US Patriot Act regulations.

Fluency in Spanish is a desirable skill.

Facilitate the efficient and compliant regulatory onboarding of clients within the US Global Banking and Markets segment, prioritizing client satisfaction.

Support direct team manager for all Onboarding processes

Adhere to internal audit requirements

Recommend and assist in requirements for efficiencies where needed

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Use of past experience to recommend efficiencies
