Position Summary

The Onboarding Coach at Seek Now plays a crucial role in ensuring new contractors' smooth and successful onboarding. The primary responsibilities of this role include monitoring, motivating, and tracking the progress of new contractors through e-learning modules. The Onboarding Coach will also make regular follow-up calls to track the progress of obtaining insurance quotes, certificates, and necessary equipment. Additionally, the Onboarding Coach will assist new contractors in setting up their accounts for systems utilized in the field and tracking practice submissions. The Onboarding Coach is also responsible for effectively communicating new contractors' progress and the overall pipeline status to Mentor Development Leads.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a customer service mindset to provide assistance and support to new contractors throughout the onboarding process. The Onboarding Coach will also play a role in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during onboarding and participating in business process improvement initiatives. Overall, the Onboarding Coach will contribute to the success and growth of Seek Now by ensuring that new contractors are onboarded efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Surveys: (Send and Follow up)
• E-Learning assistance:
• Review and provide feedback on diagramming exercises (Interior, Exterior, and Roof)
• Ride Roster: Make a preliminary roster for review, adjustment or approval.
• Monitor general e-mail account for Mentor Development
• Assist with any other projects or activities that are assigned
• Troubleshoot with people who are Struggling with access or locked out of SNU
• Prepare weekly report on Haag certifications (In-progress, Complete, etc…)
• Prospect Hotel Room requests as needed.
• Monitor the progress of new contractors through Seek Now University (SNU)
• Submit to Mentor Development Lead for approval and finalizing.
• Enroll inspectors as needed.
• Monitor and prepare reporting for Haag certifications.
• CD Process feedback to prospects for improvements
• Update certifications for inspectors in Maestro profiles as needed.
• Prospect Survey to Mentors – 1 per week
• Verify Maestro, Magic Plan, Hover, and Seek Now University invites have been sent and setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail
• Associates degree or relevant experience

Physical Demands

• Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
• Must be able to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary

Position Type And Hours

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 – 5:00 p.m. plus occasional weekends and evenings as needed
• 10% of travel time expected for the position
• Full-Time
