Change & Training Manager Jobs

Our client Financial Tech Client provides economic research regarding risk, performance and financial modeling, as well as consulting, training and software services.

The Change Manager manages the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for the People Evolution Program.

Position Details:

Location: New York, NY (100% Remote/EST Hours Preferred)

Type: 9 Month Contract

Must have TN Visa, GC, EAD, H4, or USC

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas
• Demonstrated knowledge in change management, including end to end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities (for example, PROSCI ADKAR change management methods.)
• Bachelor’s degree with corporate experience.
• Experience developing training and change management strategies.
• 5- 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager/ Organizational Change Manager/ Change Analyst
