Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined individual to join our real estate team as a full-time Lead Manager. The Lead Manager will play a crucial role in generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and ensuring a steady flow of leads into our sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities


  • Maintain an organized database of leads, documenting all interactions, updates, and progress in order to track and prioritize potential deals.
  • Make outbound phone calls to get former leads on the phone to qualify them and hand them off to acquisitions.
  • Establish an effective lead nurturing process to maintain consistent communication with potential clients and keep them engaged.
  • Proactively research and identify potential real estate leads through various channels such as social media, online platforms, networking events, referrals, and other relevant sources.
  • Collaborate with other team members to establish goals, track performance metrics, and develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Effectively and efficiently distribute qualified leads to the appropriate acquisitions.
  • Maintain regular, proactive contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed entry of lead information into the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.


Qualifications


  • Must be disciplined with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with leads over the phone, by email, and in-person - be professional and enjoy talking to others!
  • Real Estate experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve success.
  • Must fit company core values.
  • Sales experience or customer service experience is preferred but not required.


Compensation


  • Base $36,000 + Commission - Expected Total Earnings $40,000 to $70,000 Annually
