What Our Client Needs
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Manager to join our client’s organization. The Change Manager will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the successful implementation of changes within our client’s procurement department. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the change management process, including planning, communication, stakeholder management, impact assessments, training, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving organizational change.
What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project teams, to identify and understand their specific needs and concerns related to the change initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks and determine the magnitude of change on the organization, individuals, and processes.
  • Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement plan to effectively communicate change objectives, benefits, and progress to all impacted parties.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in change management and apply them to enhance change initiatives within the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to educate employees and stakeholders about the change and address any questions or concerns.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers in their roles as change sponsors and advocates.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure the smooth transition of changes within the organization.
  • Design and deliver communication materials, such as newsletters, emails, presentations, and intranet content, to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process.
  • Develop and implement change management metrics and measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and assess the adoption and integration of changes, identifying any resistance or barriers, and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements
  • Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others through change.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or a related role, with a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
Benefits
You will join our client as a contractor at $80/hr W2 (benefits available). There is an opportunity to go perm.
