Work with management to create a well-balanced menu that meets state requirements

Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields

Knowledge of cost and food ordering systems

Coordinate food and kitchenware orders

Check freshness and quality of ingredients

Passion for food and cooking

Work with Tap Room management team to plan and price menu items

Attends employee & management meetings and brings suggestions for improvement

3+ years’ experience in varied kitchen positions including the role of a kitchen manager

Serve Safe Food Manager Certification Preferred

5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity

Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served

At least 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager in a full-service, moderate to high volume restaurant

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
