Business Operations Partner Jobs in Iowa

Develop and manage lists for events that target the appropriate audiences for each project.

Assist partner relations managers with partner quarterly business reviews and ad hoc reporting as needed

Support the successful execution of select special initiatives, as directed by the Senior Manager, Partner Operations and Head of Partnerships

2+ years of experience in event planning preferred, experience in Healthcare and/or Nursing a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Facilitate all aspects of pre-event planning, onsite/online execution, and post event follow-up and reporting for assigned partners.

Calendar management: Manage complex calendaring with minimal direction, prioritize and make calendaring decisions based on business need using independent judgment.

Meeting Management: Manage organization/team meetings, including agendas, draft presentation decks, action items and accountability, and meeting notes.

Project Management: Coordinate executives' operational projects and initiatives, create presentations, attend meetings, and track project progress and action items.

Relationship Management: Assist executives with building positive relationships with their team and cross-functional partners.

Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail capabilities.

5+ years experience as an admin, with 2+ years experience supporting a VP or Director level executive.

Understanding of all specialties (Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Urology, Surgical Oncology, etc.)

Be a subject matter expert (SME) on all RCM process and integration with all vendors.

Create action plans for remediation of any identified issues.

Host and coordinate monthly & quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with all the vendors.

Monitor vendors performance measurements, and present outcomes to RCM senior leadership on a weekly/ monthly basis.

Obtain data and information required by staff to execute contracted services. Ensure procurement of data for operations.

Proven time-management skills and attention to detail

1-3 years’ experience, healthcare preferred

Leads requirements gathering for any new report builds; design and build scaled reports

Create and maintain client education materials/lead report walk throughs

Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders, and ability to develop strong relationships
