What You’ll Be Doing:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the development and execution of the company’s overall strategy through –
  • Contribute to strategy to drive client satisfaction, retention, and Net Promotor Score
  • Develop succinct and high-impact communication tools and content for client-specific partnership performance discussions
  • Partner with data and analytics team to automate timely delivery of required reporting
  • Distill key customer insights – value and troubleshooting from data
  • Sync with operations teams to capture key value ‘proof points’ within existing markets
  • Help create streamlined internal processes to engage subject matter experts in the generation of client-specific insights/reporting
  • Investigate, test, and help operationalize new performance metrics to help differentiate NCH
The Experience You’ll Need (Required):
  • Ability to plan, align resources and meet deadlines
  • Execute on ad-hoc requests and/or facilitate analysis with data analytics and prepare client-facing materials
  • Represents client needs in discussions around standard data needs and flow between organizations
  • Leads requirements gathering for any new report builds; design and build scaled reports
  • Resourcefulness-ability to procure detailed data and information
  • 1-3 years’ experience, healthcare preferred
  • Collaboration with other key team members
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Participates in external partner meetings where data is being reviewed to provide any validation on logic or weigh in with additional supporting information
  • Support development of KPI benchmarks or targets for use across client portfolio
  • Root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Create and maintain client education materials/lead report walk throughs
  • Proven time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Communicates effectively
  • Critical thinking and analysis
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
  • Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders, and ability to develop strong relationships

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $80000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
