Business Operations Partner Jobs in Illinois

6-10 years' experience in Consulting, market performance, implementation, and/or account management experience preferred.

Healthcare experience required. Skills and knowledge of D-SNP, CMS/CMMI programs, Medicare Advantage preferred.

Work with the Program Management team to scope projects and ensure timelines are met.

Manage relationships with executive partner stakeholders; lead ongoing partner governance including Joint Operating Committee meetings.

Translate Master Services Agreement scope into a blueprint for a high performing health plan product line.

Partner with development partners and vendors to assist with contract negotiation, managing relationship, project management and prioritization

Strong business acumen with ability to speak to value drivers and use cases in customer's context via experience-based story telling

Manage Day-to-Day escalations and resolution tracking

Develops and maintains internal documentation such as milestone structure tracking, contractual requirement tracking, partner information and benchmarking.

Manage team of Operations Resources. Provide professional development and develop quarterly goals to measure team's success

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience

Must have experience in performance management, 1:1, coaching and mentoring sales/CS teams

3+ years in senior customer success or account management roles

Establish vendor scorecard to help manage our network more efficiently

Experience working with and managing multiple 3rd Party BPO companies

Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Google suite (Gainsight experience is plus!)
