The Health eCareers Partner Operations Specialist needs to be experienced with most aspects of planning career fair events; from creative design and planning to full production and execution. Additionally, this role requires the candidate to have the conceptual, technical, marketing, communication, and project management skills to contribute to career fair experiences

Responsibilities

  • Plan multiple events from beginning to end, often simultaneously.
  • Support the successful execution of select special initiatives, as directed by the Senior Manager, Partner Operations and Head of Partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments and produce events for a variety of internal groups.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, stakeholders, and publicity in order to plan a successful event.
  • Assist partner relations managers with partner quarterly business reviews and ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Develop and manage lists for events that target the appropriate audiences for each project.
  • Facilitate all aspects of pre-event planning, onsite/online execution, and post event follow-up and reporting for assigned partners.
  • Process paperwork for events (i.e. contracts, payments, etc).
  • Ability to work within a budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A creative thinker and resourceful problem solver.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, depending on the season (once in-person events commence).
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning preferred, experience in Healthcare and/or Nursing a plus.
  • Flexible schedule and able to travel as needed.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High energy, engaging, and a team player with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Compensation for this business unit specific role is based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, as well as business & company performance.
