BA/BS college degree in relevant area: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred

1 year of professional experience in data analytics, forecasting and/or planning

Working knowledge of using data to deliver compelling story-telling

Experience in a consumer products, retail or entertainment company

Experience with data visualization/BI tools (Microstrategy, Tableau, PowerBI) and syndicated third-party data sources

Conduct data analysis on large amounts of disparate data to derive business insights into product, customer, and market behavior

Understand business problems, translate them into quantitative models, and choose the best applicable statistical and analytical tools to drive a solution

Identify concrete insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating results to multi-functional groups

Align solution design to enterprise data management, security, and governance controls.

Organize and present solution design options, which may include recommending patterns to leadership based on assessment of business requirements.

Coach and aid in the skill development of team members.

Strong communication skills with the ability to consult on projects and present information effectively.

Bachelor’s degree or three years equivalent experience with business intelligence tools, techniques, manipulation, or related.

Provide data analysis, programming, and coding support for multiple complex components of insights delivery.

Strong problem-solving, presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.

Qualtrics or Medallia experience preferred.

Experience working with POS and/or Syndicated Data preferred.
