Business Insights Analyst-NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Responsible for synthesizing insights to fuel long-term profitable growth through both consumer and commercial capabilities. Design and monitor qualitative analysis to understand human needs, trends, behavior, and perception to products, and services across the market, and enhance products, services, marketing, and innovation methods. Focus on primary research methods to drive deep consumer understanding and empathy. Identify actionable recommendations to unlock new opportunities or existing business questions. Infuse the consumers' point of view into Nike's business process, gather, synthesize, and communicate complex range of inputs to stakeholders, and lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. Anticipate internal and external business challenges and regularly issues and recommend process, product, or service improvements. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to drive macro business strategies that enable business unit to reach its revenue goals leading with members and strategic partners. Utilize deep macroeconomic and socio-cultural knowledge of key markets in Asia Pacific and Latin America to better understand risks and opportunities. Up to 25% international travel is required.

Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a business-related occupation. Experience must include:
