Role Description


As a Strategy Consulting Associate in our initiative, your role will be pivotal in assisting clients to overcome intricate business difficulties and boost their processes. This position offers you the chance to apply your established business insight and analytic prowess in discerning areas for enhancement. Alongside our team of technologists, you'll collaborate to conceive and execute innovative solutions.


All associates begin as generalists, working across industries to implement solutions and accelerate processes.


Organizational Structure


The firm is planned to operate in a Managing Director / Partner structure; with managing directors and/or partners being responsible for the sale and client relationship process of the projects, and project managers leading direct client work.


Strategy Consulting Associates will be reporting directly to and working with Engagement Managers.


Education Background


Graduate of an Undergraduate or Master’s degree program from a top university with an impeccable academic record. Preferred course of study in business, finance, economics, or a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering).
