Consulting Business Analyst Jobs

Think Consulting is actively seeking a passionate, creative, and decisive professional with excellent communication skills to join our team remotely in Baltimore, MD. As a Business Analyst, you will gather and define business requirements, conduct data validation, and analysis, identify, document, and test system and process changes, and conduct gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Document and report issues, defects, and fixes.
• Collaborate remotely and on-site with client project teams to elicit and define project scope, documenting requirements.
• Refine business requirements to enhance processes and boost productivity.
• Develop test scripts as required.
• Assist with full life-cycle solution testing.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements based on project objectives.
• Create and refine business use cases.
• Function as a versatile team player, supporting the Consulting group's needs and success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Computer Science/Business Systems or equivalent experience
• Experience with business tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and project management tools is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with requirements documentation, requirements traceability, test scenario documentation, and test results validation
