You bring curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving skills to help us create digital experiences for clients based on your strategic insights in planning for content creation, delivery, and governance.


  • Collaborate with brand design teams to deliver consistent global experiences across the entire digital ecosystem
  • Conduct content audits, assessments, inventories, and gap analyses.
  • Take responsibility for trends analysis & insight discovery across the category, culture, target audiences, etc. – working to proactively share key learnings with clients. 
  • Maintain and help evolve content standards, guidelines, principles, and taxonomies for various audiences and initiatives.
  • Build a comprehensive understanding and successful application of secondary research tools
  • Develop skills for seamlessly partnering with creative teams, from initial brief to final presentation / production
  • Support a core agency client full-time, with opportunity to jump in on other brands/projects & new business as they arise.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data with ability to weave into thoughtful arguments & compelling stories
  • Work with senior strategy team to set-up research projects and help manage intelligence - through Request for Proposal (RFP) all the way to final insight & recommendation presentation
  • Help build, produce and manage all planning projects, materials and workshops
  • Facilitate brainstorming, stakeholder workshops, and other collaborative sessions with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Create and enforce guidelines and content messaging architecture to communicates brand identity (personality, mission, voice)
  • Design and lead user research, competitive/comparative review, and usability testing
  • Support planning and execution of content strategy for client digital experiences and site design, from concept to implementation.

  • Ability to tell a strong story and explain core thought process

Qualifications

  • 4+ Years Experience in Advertising, Marketing, consulting or Like-Minded Industry
  • Nice to have: An interest in the world of technology, as well as a distinct ability/drive to comprehend and distill complex subject matter.

Additional Information


The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,880 - $174,900.


Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
