Provide general assistance to our clients and employees, in-house and remotely

Set up and wire racks.

Acts with a clear sense of ownership over the Studio's experience and presentation responsibilities

Reviews business reporting with the Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager to understand and effectively communicate opportunities in key business metrics

Serves as a brand ambassador: welcomes and educates clients to the unique Studs' piercing and shopping experience through our selling cycle

Monitors, tracks, and communicates trends in their division area to the Studio Manager and collaborates on solutions

Balances analysis, experience, and integrity when making decisions for the overall business

Understands when to take action and when to escalate to the Studio Manager

1 year of comparable Retail Management experience; experience with jewelry, piercing, or hospitality is a plus

Assumes all Studio Manager responsibilities in their absence

Oversees operations for the Studio including inventory management (transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts), cash management, and supply ordering

Serves as a brand ambassador: welcomes and educates clients to the unique Studs' piercing and shopping experience through our selling cycle

Escalates client feedback to improve the overall Studio experience

Monitors, tracks, and communicates operational trends to the Studio Manager and collaborates on solutions

Provide a product-market fit feedback loop into the product management / tech development funnel;

Manage day-to-day operations of the business in the Greater Chicago district and oversee P&L;

Manage district team and recruit, hire, and develop new team members as trajectory requires;

Manage CRM process and identify scalable ways to recruit business users;

Leverage operational knowledge to cultivate strategic accounts and partnerships to enable growth and scalability;

Minimum 2-3 years of team leadership experience (direct or indirect teams) including oversight of recruitment, selection, capacity planning, feedback, and development

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

3-9+ years of consulting, retail, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of financial statements and KPIs

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable in ambiguous situations, adaptable, and can lead in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Willingness to travel within the greater Chicagoland area and work face-to-face with a variety of stakeholders and partners

Demonstrated experience and skills in the advancement and nurturing of boys and young men of color

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Senior Living, GPO and Acute Care Experience

Proven trach record of leading successful teams, strong negotiation and problem solving skills

Manages the day-to-day activities of individual sales representatives which may be grouped by channel, market, product unit, etc.

Manages and develops direct reports, including outside sales and special product sales.

Minimum two (2) years management experience in a customer service business (Preferably Retail or Fitness)

Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills.

Spend time on the floor and at the front desk make sure we are delivering an exceptional member experience.

Manage the payroll and supply expenses to ensure the club is within the budgets provided.

Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

If applicable, attend Service Provider blended management meetings as a liaison for ownership.

Regionals Managers are responsible for reviewing and approving all initial leases and first-year tenant recertification files.

Performs any additional duties as assigned by the Director of PMO and Executive Management.

Must have experience in working with Housing Finance Agencies and understand the purpose of MSA and regulatory agreements,

Implement systems and establish performance goals for the managers and their direct reports.

Regional Managers will be required to enforce all procedures for selecting vendors, including bids.

Know the places to shop, eat, drink, club and generally experience the best the city has to offer;

Work with our Hotel Management System;

Do not need specific hotel experience but need to have 2 years or more managerial / coaching experience

work with our Hotel Management System;

**Hourly pay between $28-32/ hour based on experience.

Essential Job Functions (RESPONSIBLE TO)

Strong in sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, recruitment and staff coaching

Minimum of 4 years of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail, with min. 1-2 years in managerial position
