Booking and Reservations: Coordinating and securing hotel bookings, rooms, and additional services such as room upgrades, special requests, and amenities.

Client Communication: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the hotel booking process.

Documentation: Assisting clients with confirmation documents, reservation details, and any necessary documentation information.

• 2 years of experience as a Pappas Event Manager/Supervisor (high volume experience preferred)

• Manages all events for assigned locations.

• Communicates effectively with restaurant managers (and GMs) to ensure successful events.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Pappas Restaurants operations and menus

• Professional and effective presentation skills

2+ years of customer sales and service experience, preferably in a travel environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience working with OTA's such as Expedia, Booking.com and Airbnb a plus

Previous startup experience a plus

Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive problem-solving skills to address any challenges or conflicts that may arise during the booking process.

Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with artists, management, and marketing teams to align booking strategies with overall organizational objectives.

Logistics Coordination: Managing the logistical aspects of bookings, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, accommodations, technical requirements, and any other necessary arrangements.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the house music industry, including venues, event organizers, promoters, and current trends in the market.

Experience in dangerous goods and HAZMAT regulations for shipping, storing, and handing is preferred

Must produce minimum of 100 shipments per day. Each shipment takes approximately 2 minutes to complete.
