Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with artists, management, and marketing teams to align booking strategies with overall organizational objectives.

Logistics Coordination: Managing the logistical aspects of bookings, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, accommodations, technical requirements, and any other necessary arrangements.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the house music industry, including venues, event organizers, promoters, and current trends in the market.

As a Music Booking Agent, your primary responsibilities include:

Establishing Connections: Building and nurturing relationships with venues, event organizers, and promoters to secure performance opportunities for our talent.

Have the ability to travel and enjoy FAM (familiarization) trips to experience new places and expand your travel knowledge

Communication and some customer service skills preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Earn your CLIA and IATAN certification

Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours

Research and provide recommendations for travel destinations, accommodations and activities
