Overview The Benefits Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans and programs. The Benefits Director works closely with the Human Resources team to ensure that the company’s benefit plans are competitive and cost-effective. Detailed Job Description The Benefits Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans and programs. This includes researching and evaluating benefit options, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Benefits Director also works closely with the Human Resources team to ensure that the company’s benefit plans are competitive and cost-effective. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
• Professional certification in employee benefits (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employee benefit plans and programs
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
• Experience in developing and managing budgets
• Experience in researching and evaluating benefit options
• Experience in analyzing data and making recommendations
