Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a VP of Construction or similar role within the construction industry.

Lead and coordinate AEMI management team : Operations, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Quality , Human Resources, Project Management

Proven time management and organization skills required to meet production deadlines, shipping dates and projects; must possess a sense of urgency.

Establish, monitor and maintain appropriate management systems to provide effective internal control of operations

Responsible for all facilities management and the required outside services that are required

Develop and maintain a continuous plan for the development and performance management of managers,

10+ years previous experience as a hands-on manufacturing or operations manager in the aerospace, defense or other regulated high technology industry

Facilitate conversions in order to create winning experiences and timeless memories for guests.

High School diploma + 1-2 years of conversion experience, preferred

Experience supporting staff to work together to accomplish projects

Complete knowledge of operations procedures to facilitate changeovers

Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical riser system repair, preferred

Experience operating equipment such as light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, boom lifts, scrubbing machines or other light power-driven equipment.
