Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

Experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecasting.

Collect, extract, and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases, data warehouses, and external systems.

Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

Configuring and testing Epic‐released and Foundation System content for all applications, including: Reporting Workbench. SlicerDicer data models. Radar dashboards. Cogito SQL.

Creating content to display Epic data from Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle. Writing SQL and configuring Radar settings for custom SQL metrics.

Modifying existing reports, as necessary. Distributing analytics content to data consumers. Reviewing peer reports for validity.

Working with subject matter experts to understand the needs of data consumers.

Maintaining the Analytics Catalog and associated metadata records.

Testing analytics build in a specified testing environment and volume testing in live environments.

Organized with superior time-management and planning skills. Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities.

Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.

Data Integrity and Risk Management

5+ years BI analyst experience, preferably in ecommerce, retail, or consumer business environment.

Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data modeling and analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required.

Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role

Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python)

Hands-on experience with SQL database design

Great numerical and analytical skills

Experience on different AWS services like Redshift , Athena , S3 , etc to build data pipelines

Working knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts, tools, and terminology

Experience building complex reports in Tableau

Experience with data wrangling tools such as Altand eryx, SSIS

Experience with analytical programming languages such as SQL, PL SQL, Python, Shell Scripts

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Conducts literature surveys and assists in preparation of sampling plans, work plans, and specifications

Participates in environmental studies* to collect primary baseline data for projects

Compiles, evaluates, analyzes and validates data to support Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study reports
