Applecare Business Intelligence Analyst Jobs in Massachusetts

Manage ticketing and other transaction related reports, providing insights to key stakeholders across multiple departments

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with large datasets, customer data, and predictive analytics

Prior experience with computer programming languages, like Python, a plus

Perform campaign analytics, including assessing sales and service representative performance

Conduct regular primary research to help the organization better understand its fan base and evaluate new fan engagement opportunities and technologies

Own and add to a set of Tableau workbooks that contain compelling visualizations in order to present key observations and insights
