Minimum of 2 years of advanced SQL development and troubleshooting experience.

Data Visualization experience (Tableau/Cognos/SSRS/Power BI)

Python and/or R experience is a bonus

Proven track record of business analysis, requirement definition and solution delivery. Examples may be requested during interview.

Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements.

Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Applied Statistics, or closely-related degree.

Ability to utilize and further develop skills in applicable software for data analysis.

Data-driven project experience is a plus.

Data visualization experience (i.e., Power BI, Tableau) is preferable but not required.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management Information Systems (MIS), Analytics, Business Administration, or related field

Document detailed business requirements including technical specifications for any given assignment. Leverage user stories and process flows as needed.

Works dynamically with multiple stakeholders (internally and externally) to coordinate and gather requirements for reporting or project related tasks

Perform system support/administration that includes user support. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and manage users in application/system.

Manage deployments/monthly activities across multiple development teams

Self-motivated and well organized with strong time management skills.

Computer/data entry experience. Ability to communicate with various members of the healthcare team. \

Strong aptitude toward understanding technology concepts and techniques and learning to use new data management and presentation toolsets.

Personal desire for continuous knowledge and skill growth and development.

Clinical educational background a plus as well.

3+ years working directly with customers from requirements gathering, functional design, development, and delivery of interactive data visualization.

Data analytics on current operations to support management decision making in multiple expense and investment areas.

Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Compiling data regarding reported issues and offering remedies that improve the operation of processes and systems.

PPT deck creation, ideation and general data visualization experience applying principals

PPT deck creation, ideation and general data visualization experience applying principals and practices appropriate for both the data, audience, and message.

Demonstrable critical thinking skills – ability to determine meaningful patterns in data, develop hypothesis and suggest insights.
