Business Intelligence Analyst Jobs

Business Intelligence analyst plays a critical role in supporting the business organization by providing valuable insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data. The business Intelligence analyst collaborates with various stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver actionable solutions. The role will report directly to the VP of Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
• Support strategic decision-making processes by providing analytical support and market insights.
• Ensure data quality by implementing data governance frameworks and conducting regular audits.
• Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field of business intelligence.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecasting to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collect, extract, and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases, data warehouses, and external systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to present key insights and metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role
3. Proficient in Excel, SQL, BigQuery and data extraction from relational and non-relational databases.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
5. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
6. Experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecasting.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise recommendations.
8. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
