3+ years of programming experience in ANSI SQL, SAS, EDAP, working knowledge of MS Power Query, Visual Basic, and Python/R.

Responsible for creating data/analytical products to provide support to the Auto Finance business

3+ years of experience in Reporting tools such PowerBI, Tableau or Cognos.

3+ Years of experience in working in data warehouse platforms and big data Hadoop platforms.

Exceptional Analytical skills with experience in Auto Finance (Preferred)

Must possess experience with Agile methodologies and concepts to manage team’s workload and projects effectively.

Responsible for creating data/analytical products to provide support to the Auto Finance business

2 + years of experience in data analysis and business analysis

2 + years of experience in reporting tools such PowerBI, Tableau or Cognos.

2 + years of programming experience in SQL and writing complex data extraction logic.

Strong organizational skills and ability to allocate time efficiently to manage multiple demands and competing priorities.

2 years relevant work experience with data analysis and visualization, using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Studio (SSRS).

1 year relevant work experience with database administration (SQL, Azure, AWS).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with varying audiences and settings.

Advanced working skills of Microsoft Office applications

Participate in project planning and management activities, including requirements gathering, scoping, estimation, scheduling, risk management, and project status reporting.

Strong understanding of business analysis processes, project management methodologies, and agile software development principles.

Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, training material and user manuals.

Ability to produce Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and Technical Requirements Documents (TRD).

Maintain knowledge of Manufacturing Industry best practices and trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.

Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
