Job Description
3STEP Sports is looking for an Apparel Production Coordinator. The 3STEP reach spans 40+ states and currently serves more than 3.2 million athletes. We deliver a premier, inspiring and authentic experience dedicated to perfecting every aspect of the athlete funnel. Encompassing industry-leading tournaments, nationally spanning club programs, premier media content and more, 3STEP is the standard of the youth sports experience. The Apparel Production Coordinator is a full-time position and will be stationed at the company’s Print Facility in Wilmington, MA.

What you’ll do:
  • Work with ShipStation for creation of shipments for bulk and team store orders
  • Organize finished product prior to packing stores
  • Schedule packing of team stores
  • Sends returns to Warehouse for processing
  • Verify returns
  • Ship completed orders from Champions Choice
  • Verify orders are complete
  • Print labels
  • Work directly with production and our production tracking system, Monday.com
  • Communicates to Account Managers the schedule for packing and shipping
  • Work with accounting to ship finished orders out of our order system, Fishbowl
  • Stage packing of orders to create flow

What we’re looking for:
  • You bring a rise & grind type of attitude
  • You have attention to detail and are able to concentrate on tasks for a longer period of time
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • High School Graduate
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with a variety of stakeholders
