Job Description
3 STEP SPORTS is looking for a Apparel Account Coordinator for Club & Travel sports for our Apparel department. 3STEP Sports is the largest youth sport event and club operator in the nation, providing brands with the ability to impact more athletes than ever in a unique and authentic way.

The 3STEP reach spans 40+ states and currently serves more than 3.2 million athletes. We deliver a premier, inspiring and authentic experience – dedicated to perfecting every aspect of the athlete funnel. Encompassing industry-leading tournaments, nationally spanning club programs, premier media content and more, 3STEP is the standard of the youth sports experience.

This role will report to their respective Senior Sales Manager Lead and will work cross functionally with our Account Management teams, Merchandising, Marketing department, Sport Directors and Customer Service team. This is a full-time, in-person role at the company’s headquarters in Andover, MA. This position will be essential in driving synergies within the 3 STEP Sports ecosystem.

Objective of the role:
  • Manage 3STEP Owned club accounts and their yearly apparel needs
  • Have complete understanding of our products, brand & services
  • Order management and entry
  • Planning and executing player and coach gear deliveries
  • Align with Senior Sales Manager on general project management requirements

Job responsibilities (at a minimum):
  • Handling requests and inquiries from customers and accounts
  • Identify new opportunities, cross-sell opportunities to communicate to the sales team
  • General knowledge of club/account budgets
  • Daily/weekly communication with assigned accounts and manager
  • Daily order entry and management

Preferred skills & experience:
  • Goal Oriented, Detail Oriented
  • Authenticity in sport is a bonus
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Account Management Experience
  • Ability to build presentations and present to large audiences
  • Active listener who is focused on solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point
  • Experience in objection handling and deal negotiation
