• Open to buy management including forecasting/ planning sales, markdowns and receipts

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Plan, manage and execute sales and merchandising strategy

• Foster close professional relationships with retailers to successfully manage the business

• Develop expert knowledge of the competitive landscape, including merchandising and pricing

• Proactively track/ manage processing of confirmations and shipping

Manage development and bulk production calendars

Bachelor’s degree, in a related field of study, or equivalent functional experience

Detail oriented, with strong organizational capabilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous production experience preferred but not required

Assist with product development + request/tracking of all samples

Manage product development in all aspects from inception to completion.

Ensure product adheres to design while maintaining margin requirements.

2-3 years of related work experience minimum.

Strong team player with excellent communication & follow-through skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Understanding product development and production process as well as knowledge of line plans, time and action calendars, and WIP reports.

Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented.

Ability to multi-task, manage teams, meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous self starter.

Knowledge of line plans and T&A Calendar, WIP and Pivot reports.

Knowledge of the costing process.
